  2. Please do yoga for misaligned hips? Because of scoliosis it's so difficult to increase flexibility…I stretch so much for a pretty long time and should be more flexible given the amount of times I do all kinds of yoga. It's not fair. I do every muscle group but am not improving. I've been doing your videos for 2 and a half years. I'm maintaining and at least there is never any pain but come on.

  5. Hi….dear recently ma leg got fractured and am recovering from that can I do this work out…..I feel too bad coz nearly one month am taking rest but still didn't recover …. Could you pls suggest some of ur videos which makes my leg and mind strong and happy
