  11. That was the first yoga workout I tried and lets just say I still have a lot to learn, hehe, but I wasn't as bad as I thought I would be. I've started doing that 5 minute deep sleep miracle video and I like that a lot. So I thought why not try other stuff as well? And I really like that yoga class, it was not easy, but I liked it. I think I'll try more in the future.
