    Only feedback is if you can squeeze in more actual core movements in the video. Grateful that you offer this different type of video. Love your rhythm and voice and love this intense hybrid of core with breath. I say you can bring it a little further 🙂

  2. WOW! This was so much fun! The beginning was way to hard for me, but the end stuff was so different and cool. For the record (since you asked in the video) my favorite length for videos is 30+ minutes. I like to do an hour a day so its easy to put two 30-45 minute videos together to reach that. I would love to see a longer video with Lolasana!
