Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – Strengthen your core body and tone the abdominal muscles with this 8-minute core workout. Improved core strength through these exercises will make a big difference in your yoga practice, your posture, and other workouts that you do. This is the first of a series of videos targeting the core. Here, we do mindful crunches (different variations) and forearm planks.
