  1. What a stressful week! Between exercise, family events, and just taking care of a family in general my body has really been feeling it! I'm so grateful that I can always find exactly what I need on your channel for my body, mind, and soul. Thank you so much for being you and sharing it here for all of us.

  2. That was really good and I’d advise Adrienne and others to check out yoga in Melbourne (I think) for another really good neck and shoulders. I seem to be constantly crippled with shoulder pain whether it’s my job (plasterer) or carrying to much weight or posture. These two videos helped me a bunch.

Mind you I think getting around to daily yoga practice might be the only cure truthfully as it soon comes back and I find myself coming back to these videos.

  3. Abundant thanks for this video. While on vacation I acquired what I assumed was a pinched nerve—aggravating pain radiating into my shoulder and as far down as my elbow. With the help of a simple exercise using a towel AND your video I feel about 85% better. Thanks again for sharing these videos. You’ve been a lifesaver!

  4. I've been suffering with awful tension headaches for years. Pain meds didn't touch it, massage didn't touch yet, chiropractic adjustments didn't make them it go away. They would usually last 2-3 days. I tried this yoga sequence a few months ago and I felt at least 50% better immediately afterwards and within an hour my pain was gone! I could not believe it. The next time I had head/neck pain I tried this sequence again just to make sure it was actually the yoga (call me a healthy skeptic) and again it worked. I've just used done it again for the 5th time and again I'm feeling amazing! I cannot thank you enough Adriene!!!

  5. Dear Adriene, during this practice it was very hard to breath and I don’t know why. I didn’t expierence the same thing during other practices. It felt like I had to lift a stone inside my longs. Do you know why and what to do about it? Thank you

  6. Omg thank you so much for this video, I was crying with pain and my next physio appointment is in 5 days, this video is simply more efficient than those pain killers who only make me sleep, I'm so very grateful, you touch so many lives in such a positive and healing way, namaste

  7. I have a lot of neck pain that also hurts in the back of my head. I would really like some extra yoga exercises to release this tightness and to releave me from the pain. I think it may be caused by long hours at my desk. Thank you so much for this video.

  8. I am always impressed by your videos and they always makes me calm and filled up with love, all the way. I am danish, so my english is not perfect, but I do hope you know that you have a special gift, to just make me feel great. I am sure, many people would agree. Best regards from Denmark <3

  9. I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I don't really practice yoga but I ran across this in desperation. I get very sore shoulders and neck from tension and this helps get rid of it every time while helping me relax. Thank you!

  10. Thank you so much! this has saved my neck and back at work. Office job sitting for 8 hours straight. I gave it a try just now and it's like my back never hurt. Bookmarking this to do it every day! Also subscribed as I'm going to try your 30 day playlist

  11. I was brought to tears yesterday as my neck and shoulders were so tense that I could not think of anything else just how much pain I was feeling. What a difference a few minutes made! I am already feeling some relief! Blessings from Texas!

  12. After years of heavy weight lifting. Lower back issues. Neck and Shoulder pains. Elbows shot. Wrist problems.

Now coming back home. Coming back to Yoga.

Then am gonna relaaaax like the doggy there.
    Thanks Adrienne.
