  5. I did this kickass Yoga today! I loved it. I couldn't lift my foot during the 'chair and twist' sequence, but you know what? I'm gonna keep trying! Thanks for all you do! I'm so happy that I am getting so much stronger! 🙂

  6. Adriene I love your videos! You are so funny too. Unfortunately your video is constantly interrupted by ads. I've been told this is managed by the content owner. Is there a way to experience your yoga online without the constant interruptions? It really ruins my zen!!

  7. I found some good inspiration in this video but unfortunately I didn't find it very strengthening, especially at the beginning. I would appreciate it if the beginning with all the forward folds was shorter and the strength part with the warrior pose etc would get more focus

  10. Yoga with Adriene is the most overrated yoga series in youtube. I stopped halfway through the video as I am not challenged even a single bit. It does not strengthen your body as what is stated on the title of the video. This will be my first and last video with Adriene

  11. I love follow Adrien‘s video because she is down to earth, real and wise and patient and non showing as seen many on YT. I feel like practice with a friend, a great yoga teacher who is fun as well to practice with and patient to show each movement without rushing that you can connect more with your mind and spirit. ❤️
