  1. If you only have time for one thing, I suggest making it your yoga practice. Here you can stretch, burn, sweat, soothe, tone, trim, release, massage, relax and most importantly bridge the gap between your precious mind and body. Don’t burn yourself out any longer.
Your at-home practice is one for both your mental, emotional and physical health.

    Don’t forget:

Stress is the enemy. Find What Feels Good.

  2. Appreciating your sharing on this topic. Thanks for the great points on managing stress and the preventative approach. Makes a difference to start where one is and go from there.

  3. ohh this one was amazing, i feel so light! all of my anger and stress went back into the ground. thank you Adriene and everybody who practiced with me! you are not alone and you are doing great!

  4. I seriously pushed myself to do this, and even before this, I struggled not passing out from fatigue after a long day and to at least try to go out for a short jog with my dog (gorgeous day). When I started this video, my back was KILLING ME during the simple sitting position, I almost thought about giving up and moving onto another video but I pushed myself to keep up and wow…. WOW, it was worth it. I kept reading about tears and felt disappointed that I wasn't feeling any relief in the first 5 minutes but as I kept going at it, not only did I eventually feel the release of emotion but my back pain is SOOO much better, obviously not gone but wow, it's like I took an advil, instant. THANK YOU ADRIENNE, I AM ALWAYS BUSY AND ALWAYS POOR – your videos are what's keeping me sane!!!

  5. Thank you, I love you Adriene. Rocking the brow back and forth in extended child’s pose… so good. I did your headache video a few weeks ago and that brow rocking is what took me to the good place. Thank you for helping me find what feels good in the present moment

  6. so far this was my favorite practice to date, i get stressed out so easy and this was amazing, and it was easy on my bad disc but still had that strength buidling component, day 46, namaste

  7. "How much of our stress… comes from our own selves being hard on ourself."

I hardly ever comment, but I wanted to say thank you for this video. I made a mistake today that might cost me and I'm trying really hard to accept what happened and let it go. I am human. I make mistakes. I am disappointed in myself, but it is not serving me to beat myself up about it. Nor will it change what happened. Easier said than done, but this video and your words are just what I needed.

  8. Loved this practice thank you Adriene, started my yoga journey with you and I have been doing yoga at home for over one year and I feel great and my body has transformed and I love doing what feels good , thank you 🙏❤️

  9. Very relaxing, just what I needed to start the week, because I had a math test and an exposition, now I see that each breath makes me more flexible and that flexibility allows me to be more spontaneous. Thank you!! You are an excellent teacher 🙂

  10. Ok wow, just did this for the first time ever as i was feeling so stressed and i herd yoga helped. Straight after the video finished i burst out in tears! But tears of feeling a release of stress. This was an amazing experience. Thank you so much ❤️

  11. This is one of the best practices, I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it so much! Your gentle guidance made me feel so good about myself and the strength I'm cultivating … beautiful! I couldn't choose any better practice for today (Saturday 🙂 ) than this. Thank you, lot's of love to you and Benji and see you tomorrow! NAMASTE 🙏

  12. I think that love is the closest thing to magic we can experience on this earth. Love for others, for our surroundings, and most importantly for ourselves – something which I've come to understand more deeply and wholly since starting the dedicate 30 day challenge. I'm now on my 45th day of yoga in 2019. thank you for sharing this practise with us, today and every day <3

  13. I now often think of what you keep telling us, "Breath comes first" … several times a day and for this practice I knew we were going to focus a lot on breath…I wasn't disappointed 😍
And may I tell you how much I enjoy the way you sometimes give us funny looks and also all your adorable facial expressions … I know you are looking at the camera but at that moment I feel like we are with you 💞 thank you ☺

  14. Every time I need you, you are there. Thank you so much for being a source of calm, tranquility and love. I always suggest to people I know to come to your channel. Your content is so approachable and extremely valuable. I am sending lots of love and light from Seattle.
