Free Yoga here… – This vinyasa yoga, moon salutes Yoga class emphasizes the exploration of Yoga backbends and lengthening of the hamstrings. This Yoga sequence integrates different backbends from standing bow to variations of camel pose (Ustrasana). To counter balance, lengthen the hamstrings moving towards hanumasana (splits pose), and ending with some joyful lower back releases.

  1. It's almost like there was a dance element in your movement. I would use different techniques for pure flexibility, but for the holistic effect of yoga it was well demonstrate sequence.
    Were your heels in contact with the floor on the Downward Facing Dog?
